Yes we do! All Grandma Hamper orders on our website come with free delivery. No additional charges. Delivery is done by either Singapore local last mile delivery courier or our logistics partner.
Yes! Greeting cards are included for your customised wishings and messages!
Please leave your greeting card message at the check out box.
We engage Singapore local last mile delivery couriers to deliver smaller parcels like the gift boxes alone. For hampers, our logistics partner will deliver. Generally, it would take around 3 to 5 working days. Do expect delays during the peak of Chinese New Year.
Delivery usually takes:
• 1–3 working days for standard orders
• Same-day delivery for selected areas (subject to availability & peak season)
During Chinese New Year peak periods, we recommend ordering early to secure your preferred dates.
At the moment, we deliver within Singapore only. For corporate export requests, please contact our support team.
In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We will provide:
• A replacement hamper, or
• A partial refund (depending on the issue)

Most of our wellness items (bird’s nest, tea, snow fungus, peach gum) are suitable for most consumers.
However, not all products are Halal-certified. Please reach out if you need a Muslim-friendly hamper.
Yes, you can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. We will do our best to deliver within the selected timeframe.
